Good news for girls who are looking to join Pakistan Armed Forces as registration is now open to Join Pak Army in AFNS 2021. Armed Forces Nursing Service is a wing of Pakistan army whose purpose is to train and educate highly qualified nurses. Females candidates from all over Pakistan, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir are eligible to apply. This is a permanent commission and upon completion of the training successful female candidates will be granted rank of Lieutenant.
Education required for AFNS in BSc Nursing is Fsc in Pre medical with minimum 50% marks and must have done matric in science with minimum 60% marks from any recognized board in Pakistan. For post of Trained Nurse Nursing Diploma and Midwifery, BSc Generic Nursing and Post (RN) BSc Nursing. Candidates appearing in FSC part 2 having 50% marks in part 1 may apply with HOPE certificate duly signed by the Principal of concerned college/institution. For Trained Nurse position candidates should be registered with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
There are two types of commission through which females can join Pakistan Army, AFNS in BSc Nursing and Trained Nurse as Lieutenant. For candidates applying for BSc Nursing their will be 4 x Years Training at AFPGMI Rawalpindi, CMH Lahore, CMH Kharian, CMH Multan, CMH Quetta and PNS Shifa Karachi. And for Trained Nurses candidates have to under go 6 x Weeks Basic Military Training at AFPGMI Rawalpindi and CMH Kharian.

Candidates applying for Join Pak Army in AFNS 2021, will deposit following documents with Army Selection and Recruitment Centres (AS&RCs),
- Original certificates/documents/detailed marks sheets along with two attested photocopies of each educational certificate/degree.
- Candidates serving in Government’s institutions/ departments will render No Objection Certificate (NOC) of the concerned establishment.
- Attested photocopy of domicile.
- Photocopies of computerized National Identity Card.
- 3 x Coloured photos duly attested (front & back).
- Crossed postal order of Rs. 100/- in fa vour of Director General Personnel Administration (DGPA), GHQ Rawalpindi.

Join Pakistan Army as AFNS Online Registration 2021
Candidates can register for this post by following methods;
- Candidates can register through Internet
- by visiting Army Selection and Recruitment Centre’s (AS&RCs).
Online Registration: A candidate can register online. Date and time of test shall be intimated on individual’s email address. Candidates will report on date and time given for preliminary test on computerized roll number slip. Date once given will not be changed. Candidates will also bring documents mentioned in para 6 and will pay prospectus fee on the day of test. Candidates must attain working knowledge of computer.
Registration at AS&RCs.: The candidates may report at nearest AS&RC for registration/allotment of roll number along with necessary documents mentioned in para 6 and the prospectus fee for completion of registration formalities. The candidates will bring these documents on the day of test as well.
Selection of Registration / Preliminary Test. Registration and preliminary test schedule will be informed to candidates
Preliminary Medical Test: The candidates will undergo initial medical test at AS&RCs
