Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE) is inviting applicants for its Fully Funded Conference in UK, CSAE Conference on Economic Development at St Catherine’s College in Oxford University. First conference on its kind with the focus point being the economic in Africa. Candidates are invited to present papers keeping in view of Economic, development and political economy in relationships with the African continent .
The conference will take place from 23-25 March 2025 at St Catherine’s College in Oxford, UK, and will feature a keynote, panels, and sessions from a range of development economics topics. Alongside his keynote address there will be other sessions where academics will have the opportunity to present their Empirical Papers. The duration of the vent is 3 days.

Funding
There is a limited budget for Africans speakers. Funding will cover flights, accommodation, catering, and conference registration costs.
How to Submit a Paper for Consideration

Both Papers and Abstracts are acceptable but full draft papers will be given priority, also your Paper must have up to 500 words of abstract.
When you submit your papers via email make sure the following details are included as well,
- Submit an abstract AND upload a full draft of your paper.
- Only one paper submission is allowed.
- The abstract word limit is 500 words with file size of maximum 10mb.
- If it is a co-authored paper/abstract, it should be submitted by only one of the authors.
- Only the individual submitting the paper will receive notification regarding accepted papers.
- Make sure to submit your form by the 16 September 2024.
- If you are applying for funding, you must complete your submission by the earlier funding deadline of 31 July 2024.
