Belgium Scholarships are now open for international students. Applications are invited for Belgium government Ares scholarships for students from developing countries. The government of Belgium announced 200+ scholarships from all over the world. These applications are for the undergraduates/ Bachelors and Masters degree program. This scholarship are also for the short training courses. Academy of Research and Higher Education or ARES is organizing this scholarship.
Applications are for the international students for the academic year 2025. These scholarships are for full-time study programs in different fields of life. These scholarships are for the 150+ Masters fields and 70 different short training courses. All the scholarships expenses will be covered by the Belgium expenses.
The best part of these scholarships there is no registration fee or admission fee for these scholarships. The main purpose of these Belgium scholarships is to keep together all the young, talented, and young minds under one roof of highly developed and research base institutes.

Financial Benefits:
Belgium universities award the following benefits to international students:
- 1150 euros per month as for living allowance for the whole year will be awarded to the applicants
- After the arrival of the applicants, 150 euro will also be given to as a stay allowance
- 1 round trip airfare in economy class in IATA-approved airlines will also be given to the applicants.
- As per DGD registration fee will also be compensated
- 700 euros will be paid as arrival, tuition, and return fees allowance once per stay after the arrival of the candidates
- Inter universities travel expenses will also be covered by the Belgium government
Eligible Countries For ARES
Following country students can apply for Ares scholarship in Belgium for developing countries,
Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Haiti, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Morocco, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Peru, Philippines, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants who wanted to apply for the scholarships must meet the eligibility criteria which are as follows:
- Applicants must be an international student
- Applicants age for the degree program should not be more than 40 years
- Applicants age for the training courses should not be more than 45 years
- Applicants should know basic English

The last date to apply for Belgium Government scholarships is 18 October 2024.
