Applications are now open for Hansen Leadership Institute Program 2026 in California USA. If you are interested in improving your leadership skills then you should apply as this is a fully-funded exchange program taking place at the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences(SOLES).

Hansen Leadership Institute trains the fellows of principles, practices, and psychology of good leader. HLI also trains fellows of the art of effective communication public speaking. HLI also train future leaders the art of Mediation and Conflict Resolution. This program help to connect and engage like minded fellows for International Cooperation.

This is the opportunity for international students to work with the students in the USA in developing leadership skills so the future can be better, prosperous and peaceful. Applicants in this program learn about pubic speaking, teamwork, negotiation, meditation and work together to solve cross border problems.

Duration

Duration of the Hansen Leadership Institute exchange program is 3 weeks. Program will start from July 01, 2025 and ends on July 22, 2026.

Hansen Leadership Institute is a program fully funded by Fred J. Hansen Foundation. Expenses like air travel, living expenses, the program cost are fully covered.

Eligibility Criteria

For non-USA residents,

• Age of students must be 20 to 25 years old.
• Undergraduate with two years on education. graduate who has interests in relevant areas of the program.
• Must have shown any leadership qualities.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Must have US visa and international passport.
• Those who never been to the U.S will be given preference.

For USA residents,

• Age os students must be 20 to 25 years old.
• Undergraduate with two years of education. the graduate who has interests in relevant areas of the program.
• Must have shown any leadership qualities.

Deadline

The last date to apply for international applicants is 15 January 2026 and for USA applicants 15 March 2026 is the last date.
