International students from all around the world are eligible to apply for the University of Twente Scholarships. There are various scholarships offered at the University of Twente each has its own required criteria to apply. Holland scholarships is for Masters programme. It is a partially funded scholarship, students have to give proof of funding that he/she can cover rest of the educational and living expenses.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Your study starts in the academic year 2023/2024
  • You have not studied in the Netherlands before for a full degree (e.g. a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), or You do not have a degree from an education facility in the Netherlands;
  • You must be from a non-EU/EEA country;
  • You are a very good student (i.e. CGPA of 7.5 (out of 10)).
  • You have (provisionally) got the admission to one of the qualifying study programmes
  • You must comply with all the conditions for obtaining an entry visa in the Netherlands (if applicable);
  • You comply with the general English language test requirement Academic IELTS 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT of 90) and an additional 6.0 (TOEFL iBT 20) on the subscore of speaking skills
  • Dutch Study Grant is not available for you.
