Branch Manager Job

Eligibility:

Minimum Graduate, preferably Master

Experience:

3-5 years of branch banking operations experience, minimum 1 year as Operations Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Overall supervision of all general banking operations of the branch.
  • Ensure compliance of SBP policies and SOPs while processing transactions.
  • Ensure that the branch staff adheres to all applicable policies.
  • Ensure that the Bank is not exposed to any unwarranted risk.
  • Implement technological and procedural changes introduced by the Bank
  • Any other job assigned by Manager Country Operations

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Good administrative and communication skills including good command in system.
  • Must have knowledge of banking laws and State Bank of Pakistan Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT Regulations and Foreign Manual.

CAO Authorizer – Centralized Account Opening

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree ( BA , BCom, BSc ) from a recognized university

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of account opening relevant experience and must be familiar with account opening documentation and formalities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sound knowledge & expertise required for account opening documentations.
  • Scrutiny of accounts as per SBP Anti Money Laundering (AML) policies / Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) Guidelines.
  • Handling and editing of dormant accounts, address & maintaining contact update of customers.
  • Handling of branch queries for rejected accounts at Centralized Account Opening.
  • Must have knowledge of relevant Account opening fields in Core Banking system.

Good interpersonal & excellent communication skills
